As a member, what can I expect? 

You’ll receive a bi-annual rebate based on your spend before VAT. We compare the prices of our suppliers against others, to ensure that you continue receiving the very best rates. 

We’ll ensure you’re in the know if any suppliers are offering discounts and promotions, and we’ll save you time and money by negotiating the best prices.

You can also expect to be part of a large support community, invited to expert-led seminars and workshops and have ample networking opportunities.

Am I committed to solely using Spectrum Care Ltd suppliers?

No. Here at Spectrum Care Ltd, we’re committed to ensuring we’re getting you the best possible deals. However, you’re under no obligation to use our suppliers and are in control of which ones you do use.

What are the benefits of becoming a Supplier?

Our suppliers will gain access to a notable body of buyers from our growing membership, mutually benefitting all parties.

How do you select your Suppliers?

We handpick our suppliers to ensure they deliver the very best service for our members. We ensure they’re tried, tested and vetted, and meet quality and statutory regulations. Our suppliers have key account managers to ensure you have a direct contact for managing your contractual agreements.

Who manages my account?

You do. You have sole control of your accounts, which must be opened by the member, and you’ll be invoiced directly. We can provide an invoice comparison for new members, to ensure you’re receiving the best price.

How will you keep in touch?

We’ll provide you with updates via email, post, WhatsApp and LinkedIn. You can also check out our latest news page, and we have a helpline should you need it. 

We’ll contact you when we introduce new suppliers, providing you with details of their products and an accompanying letter from us to endorse the agreement.

You’ll also receive our quarterly Spectrum Care Ltd newsletter with information regarding suppliers, promotions and upcoming events. We’ll encourage our nominated suppliers to advertise and promote their products in this newsletter.

How often are the rebates paid?

Rebates will be paid biannually. However, no rebate is paid to members whose spends warrant a total rebate of £20 or under.
