Supporting the Providers Unite March

The Providers Unite March was a national campaign held on Tuesday 25th February, bringing together social care providers, staff and supporters to demand better recognition, fair pay and sustainable funding for the sector.

Held in Westminster and echoed across the UK, the march highlighted the urgent challenges facing social care, including workforce shortages, underfunding and a lack of government support.

It aimed to raise awareness and push for meaningful change to ensure care providers can continue delivering essential services to those who rely on them.

Spectrum Care proudly stood in solidarity with this vital campaign, actively supporting the march and advocating for lasting change.

As passionate supporters of the social care sector, we remain dedicated to ensuring that the voices of care providers, staff and those who rely on their services are heard.
