We’re thrilled to share that Spectrum Care Purchasing Network has been named a WINNER in the Social Care Premier Supplier Awards!
We’ve taken the top spot in the Manufacturers and Suppliers of Products and Services category, and we couldn’t be prouder of this recognition.
The Background of Spectrum Care
Since 2002, our mission has been to support care homeowners and individuals by connecting them with a trusted network of over 50 suppliers.
With more than 1,800 members across the UK, we’re dedicated to simplifying the purchasing process by providing rebates, a free membership, dedicated account managers, exclusive insights, and valuable networking opportunities.
Our chairman, Arif Pradhan, along with our directors: Sahinaz Nasser, Zahid Datoo, Shaleeza Hasham, Amin Thobani, and Rishad Datoo, and our Spectrum team, personally vet every supplier before welcoming them into the network.
As care home operators themselves, they use each supplier independently, ensuring our members can trust that they’re partnering with the best.
Our Achievements
One of our standout achievements is helping a group of 21 care homes save £63,000 annually on clinical and commercial waste management.
This not only reflects our commitment to cost efficiency, especially in today’s climate of rising inflation but also shows how much we care about providing sustainable solutions to the care sector.

We’re also proud of the community of learning and collaboration we’ve fostered. Last year, we hosted the ‘Demystifying ESG’ event with partners like Barclays, Colliers, BKR Care Consultancy, and Bevan Brittan, offering our members exclusive access to valuable insights and talks.
We also held an event at PWC on ‘Tax Aware: Planning for the Future Care Market’, demonstrating our broad categories for events and webinars, where we grasp the care sector as a whole, taking a comprehensive approach. Through these initiatives, we provide expert insights and valuable knowledge to our Spectrum Care members.
This award is a reflection of the hard work of our entire team, and we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together. We remain committed to delivering the highest quality support, advice, and services to care homes across the UK.
